Mark Rivera started Pro Kitchen Remodeling in 2008 after spending six years working for larger general contractors across San Bernardino County. The problem he kept seeing was the same. Homeowners would sign a contract, the contractor would show up for demo day, and then disappear for two weeks while they waited for subcontractors who never prioritized the job. Nobody communicated. Timelines meant nothing. Change orders appeared from nowhere.
Mark built his company around fixing exactly that. A dedicated project manager on every job. A full 3D design before any work starts. Written timelines that get respected. Itemized pricing with no add-on surprises. In-house carpenters, electricians, and plumbers so no work gets handed off to strangers.

We obtained our full General Contractor license, allowing us to self-perform every trade. No more subcontracting core work to outside crews.

3D Design Process Introduced
We invested in 3D kitchen design software and made it a standard part of every project. Homeowners could finally see their kitchen before any demo began.
